Our production line is particularly suitable for the manufacture of three-layer disposable masks and offers a throughout of up to 100,000 pieces/day. One-man operation is possible due to integrated intelligent operating system.

The automated N95/FFP2 mask production line integrates mask forming, edge pressing, cutting, ear band welding, nose clip loading and printing. Automated ultrasonic equipment is used for mask forming and manufacturing. Only 1-2 machine operators are required for an entire production line.
